Write your own submission

This is the helper. Prefer to work in a document? Use a template instead.

Everything you type stays on this device until you choose to send it. We don't see it or keep it. Your draft is saved automatically on this device, so you can come back to it.

1. Your details

Make it count. The Coordinator-General asks for your grounds and the facts behind them.
  • Say what worries you and how it would affect you.
  • Where you state a fact, say where it comes from. The helper gives you page references.
  • Suggest what should happen instead.
  • We suggest leaving out guesses about people or companies. Stick to what you know.
What you submit is your own. Stackplume gives you information and a place to write. It doesn’t send anything for you. Why this site sticks to the facts

The Coordinator-General needs your name and address, or the submission may not be considered. Submissions are not confidential. See the note at the bottom of this step.

Who will see my submission?

The Coordinator-General's fact sheet says submissions are not confidential. Your submission and personal details may be given to Cleanaway (the proponent) and to other local, state and Australian government agencies. They may also be released under the Right to Information Act 2009 (Qld). Otherwise the Coordinator-General handles your details under the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld).
